Monarca in Rome: Amaro and Bitter tasting on June 4th

There are products that aren't born solely from a recipe, but from a territory, a memory, and a precise way of interpreting flavor. This is the direction taken by Monarca, a liqueur project that will be launched in the next June 4th, starting at 5pm, will be the protagonist in Rome at Apperò Lounge Bar, in Via Niso 48, on the occasion of the event “Star bene insieme”, promosso nel contesto Business Coffee & Monethica.

The heart of the story is profoundly Calabrese. cedar of Santa Maria del Cedro and the the Phoenician juniper These are not simply aromatic elements, but the starting point of a research that combines territory, balance, and attention to detail. Monarca was created to give voice to a specific Calabria, made of rare raw materials, liqueur-making tradition, and contemporary taste.

Bitter Monarca brings the same Mediterranean soul to the world of aperitifs and mixology. Cedar and Phoenician juniper become part of a livelier and more contemporary profile, suitable for serving on the rocks, with soda, or as a base for cocktails with an Italian flair.

The unveiling of the new website represents an important step for the brand, transforming the product narrative into a clear, recognizable, and accessible digital space. More than just a showcase, it's a place to explore Monarca's history, the origins of its ingredients, its connection to Calabria, and the philosophy behind the creation of its liqueurs.

In Rome, on June 4th, Monarca will bring much more than a tasting: it will bring a story of flavor, territory, and identity. A story that begins in Calabria and chooses to tell its story to a contemporary audience, attentive to quality, provenance, and a product's ability to preserve its heritage without sacrificing elegance.
